The AWSC uses a system provided by HelloClub to manage your membership subscriptions, ski tow purchases and social events.

Managing Family Circles, Bookings & Credits
Within HelloClub family groups can be managed as a “circle”. This functionality can be found within your Profile and allows “Circle Leads” to manage the account (details, membership etc) of partners and children.
Functionality is still being developed to allow you to also manage bookings and events for children.
Renewing Membership Subscriptions
1 month prior to your membership expiring you will receive automated notifications from HelloClub. You can use these links to pay for and renew your membership subscription.
Booking Ski Tows
Ski Tows can be booked on-site at the AWSC using the tablet inside the lockers, or via your HelloClub account on your device. Booking via your account allows bookings up to 3 days in advance.
You must have credit in your account to book ski tows.
Booking Ski Tows for Children & Partners
Ski tow credits are held at the individual level, not at the family level as per our prior system. As a result, other family members will each need ski tow credits loaded against their account.
The ability for Family Leads to book on behalf of children is currently in development. Children or partners (with an account login) are able to book ski tows if they have ski tow credits, an account credit or credit card loaded against their profile.
A family lead can top-up another member of their circle’s accounts via the drop-down on the Account page in HelloClub. This family members can log in and use this credit to purchase blocks of ski tows.
I lost access/password to HelloClub
Easy, either use the password reset links on the logon page, or contact us and we can reset your account login.
Purchasing Ski Credits
Log into your HelloClub account, select the Ski Credits link in the menu and click the button to Purchase Ski Tow Credits using your Debit / Credit card. These will be immediately credited to your account.
If you purchase by transferring funds to our bank account, this will take up to 7 days to appear in your ski tow account.
Why am I not getting Member Communications
HelloClub allows us to better manage who we contact and when. If you feel you are not getting communications, its likely your membership has expired:
- Non-Members only receive emails relating to their account, rejoining AWSC and promotion of significant events such as the Boatshow.
- Members also get information about skiing, events, social events, closures and promotions offered to club members by our supporters.
How Secure is my Information
The HelloClub system is hosted securely in the Amazon AWS Cloud with strong industry standard encryption of your data.
Credit card details are processed by STRIPE, a fully regulated payment industry provider. No credit card details are held by the Auckland Water Ski Club.
All information held about you by the Auckland Water Ski Club can be viewed via your HelloClub account.
